We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy five days a week, and our dedicated Occupational Therapy Room, Speech Room and Physical Therapy Gym are fully equipped with everything you need for your rehabilitative therapy.
The last thing you want after a long stay at the hospital is to head right back. You can tell our short-term rehab program is right for you because we have such low 30-day readmission rates. The vast majority of our short-term patients leave our program to go home, where they stay. That’s because we offer post- discharge support and encouragement to keep you on track.
Do you want to stay at home and maintain your independence throughout your recovery? If so, our Outpatient Therapy program is for you! You can stay at home and receive your treatment at Abbotsford Health Care Center during the day, at times that are convenient for you.
